ADMISSION AND ADMISSION FORM

Admission in KEPS is from Nursery to 12th class both for boys and girls. Admission to any class except nursery is done on the basis of Entrance test conducted at the time of admission.

KEPS encourages Registration of children for future class in advance. This is also advisable for careful loving parents so as to plan the education of their wards. The school is going to maintain a Waiting List for future class. The weightage will be given to the Registrants who are on the top of the waiting list.

Registration can be done with a sum of 1000/-only. You may register your child any time soon after his/her birth for the Academic Session the class to which you may desire. Registration-cum-Admission forms are available along with the Prospectus. Kindly go through the same carefully & fill the same. The duly filled forms may be sent to The Chairman, King Edward Public School, Mahilpur, VPO. Tutomazara, District Hoshairpur .

Uniform & Discipline

School uniform is a great idea to enrich the sense of uniformity.So that children from all communities , castes and class can develop the sense of  sameness and togetherness.

Summer: 

Skirt/Divider for girls , shorts, Pant (Grey) for boys , Shirt (Sky Blue Half Sleeves),
black shoes, Tie & Belt (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)

White Shorts/ Divider /Pant & White Shirt, White Sock with white shoes (Wednesday and Saturday), Tie and Belt with logo

Winter :

Pant/Skirt (Grey) full sleeve shirt (Sky blue), Pullover, Navy Blue blazer, (Navy Blue), Woolen (Grey) Socks, Tie and Belt (with logo) (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)

Track suit (Navy Blue) with yellow strip, Navy socks & White shoes (Wednesday & Saturday)
For girls in pre primary can  wear sky blue ,white frocks accordingly.

Sikh girls and boys can wear Pataka upto Class VIII, IX onwards regular turban or patka can be worn.Turban by all sikh boys after class VIII is highly recommended. Turban worn by Indian Forces is the approved example of Regular turban.

All non sikh boys will have regular hair cut .It can be a student cut or army cut.No spikes or other designer hair cut are allowed.

Girls with hair below shoulder will have two folded braids.

School do not approve any dress defining the children different than others in the school .

Please make sure your child’s name is clearly marked on every item of clothing. Please discourage your ward from wearing or bringing item of jewellery to school, as we are not responsible for the loss.
